Blue Wave Four-card Uncut Sheet '90s (Japan).
(Reads "Ichiro Baseball Card," but is newsprint rather than traditional card stock. This insert page came bound into a magazine — a publication about which we still know nothing. The only page found so far has been removed from the magazine. Reverse side seems to indicate the four are not really intended to be cut, despite the tiny scissors and dotted lines on front. Cardwon '01 "Time People - Who Is Who" (Taiwan).
(Back of card shows date as 1997, though none of these were known to us to exist before 2001. Widely circulated letter from Cardwon attesting to their being made in '97 is reportedly intentionally misleading with regard to date of issue. PSA graded cards with the 1997 date would then be in error if they relied on false information printed on the card. Cardwon, in that same letter, indicates 25,000 made, which may or may not be true.) $15 - $25
